Arsalan Khan
I’m a speaker, advisor, and blogger working on business transformation through a digital lens.
My career spans two decades across corporate consulting and independent advisory. At CGI, I spent five years advising federal government organizations on large-scale enterprise technology programs — learning firsthand how transformation actually happens inside complex institutions. I’ve sat on both sides of the table: the one selling transformation and the one accountable for it.
Today I work independently with executives navigating AI adoption and digital transformation. I write Khan’s Blog at ArsalanKhan.com — a 13-year archive on strategy, governance, AI adoption, and organizational change. I created the SPICE framework (Strategy, Politics, Innovation, Culture, Execution), the lens I bring to every engagement. I’m the author of Unlocking Creativity: 84 Exercises for Inspired Thinking.
My operating principle is simple: tell the truth about what’s working, name the theater for what it is, and leave the client with something they can act on Monday morning.
